Info on Private Lessons Scholarship...
The Quincy Band Boosters have created a scholarship fund to help parents of motivated band students pay for the cost of private music lessons.
The one-on-one music learning experience of private lessons is the most effective way to build musical skill and confidence in young students.
The scholarship covers up to $150 toward a term of at least ten lessons, with the remaining balance of the lesson cost to be paid by the student's parent/guardian.
How to apply:
The Quincy Band Boosters are extremely excited to be able to offer you this wonderful opportunity! Private lessons give you the best chance to improve your skill and confidence on your band instrument.
Lori Hagborg (QBB Scholarship Chair), John Toler (QBB President)
Meredith Earnest (QBB SrVP), Liz Tolini (QBB VP)
Mark Magnarelli (QBB Treasurer), & David Jacobs (QBB Secretary)
The Quincy Band Boosters works to support, but is separate from, the instrumental music program of the Quincy Public Schools.
